Thank you for shopping with Yeppeu Lab. We currently ship to addresses within South Africa only.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times within South Africa:
- Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 3-5 business days
- Other areas and small towns: 5-7 business days
- Remote and rural areas: 7-10 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the parcel, the courier may return the package. Re-delivery fees may apply.
